Navigating Life & School for Struggling Kids

Event Details

Saturday 5th October

Midlands Art Centre, Birmingham

10:30 - 16:30

“It takes a Village!” (to raise a child).

At this celebratory community conference during Black History Month, we ask thought-leaders, inclusion experts, authors, creatives, entrepreneurs and parents: What can we (the village) do to make life and school easier to navigate, for those of our kids (and their parents) who are struggling?

We ask the panel: What worked for you, how did you succeed, what are your ideas for shaping what comes next?

Who is it for? Global majority parents and educators across the UK, teachers, trainee teachers, SENCOs, speech therapists, social workers, community-leaders, school governors, policy-makers, researchers, charity- leaders and non-profit organisations.
